Fun Fermenting & Magical Food Preservation !

Because Saturday’s Fermenting class filled so quickly, this 2nd Fermenting Class was created to provide more spaces! The Earth Oven Pizza & Eco-Cooking class originally on this date is being rescheduled for warmer weather.
This Fermenting Class includes *Kimchi / Sauerkraut, *Butter, *Sourdough Wraps, and demos of Kombucha & Honey Mead, Fruit Scrap Vinegar, dehydrating apples ~ YUM ! There will be demos and taste-testing of all, with lots of hands-on*. Take home starters for Kraut, Sourdough & Kombucha.
If you would like to, tour the enchanting Strawbale Studio & grounds to see thatched roofs, earth plasters, earth oven, rocket stoves and such.

Bring 3 small containers if you can. 1/2 pint to quart size.
