Learn about and harvest Wild Plants that you can eat. We will be finding our green friends in the lawn, garden edges, forest. Ever eat Ox Eye Daisy? Really lovely. Fiddle Head Fern and so many others. Take some plants home if you wish and plant them in your area. .
Experience a Rocket Cook Stove in action as we cook up a brunch of local eggs & add our wild-harvested plants for an omelet! The Rocket Stove Outdoor Cooker is super efficient, easy to make and does a wonderful job ! Check out the video of the 2014 Foraged Brunch event.
